Our introductory course, Happiness is the Way, will explore the many actions and behaviours the research shows leads to sustained happiness and well/being. The weekly practice sessions will allow you to share with a partner for appreciation and accountability.
It is the ability to be present. These practices will make you become fully aware of whatever is happening in the present moment. It is living in the moment not for the moment.
It is a practice that allows us to slow down, take a moment for ourselves and to awaken our attention by observing the action of the world and our mind moment by moment.
